Working from home is an important part of flexible working. Although it’s standard practice for some of us already, many of us have had the concept of working from home unexpectedly thrust upon us by Coronavirus, with little time to adapt.

When the UK Government ordered the Nation to stay home, Echo, an online Pharmacy that dispenses and delivers NHS prescriptions, experienced an unprecedented increase in customer demand. Although not our usual gig, we knew our law graduates would have no problem being able to empathise, respect regulations and confidentiality, work fast, show an eye for detail and deliver exceptional customer service.
