Head of Private Practice

Hi, I'm Tom Birkett, and I joined Flex as Head of Private Practice in March 2025. Prior to Flex, I spent the best part of 18 years working in various legal recruitment roles, including nearly a decade running my own business. I run a team looking after Flex's relationships with our law firm clients and outside of work I juggle 3 kids whilst being a long-suffering Tottenham fan.
