Our Team

Head of Private Practice

Hi, I'm Tom, I joined Flex in early 2025 and head up our client development team. I have over 20 years' experience in the legal sector, including a decade running my own legal recruitment business and was attracted to Flex by the values and culture of the business. Outside work I have my hands full with my three young children and the never ending misery of supporting Tottenham.
