Flex Legal connects law firms and in-house legal teams with the support they need, and helps shape a more inclusive, sustainable future for the legal profession along the way.
We offer three core services:
- On-demand legal resourcing: Access flexible, high-quality interim paralegals and lawyers, matched to your team’s needs, whether it’s for a project, peak period, or longer-term cover.
- Flex Trainee: A fully supported SQE trainee scheme that helps aspiring solicitors from underrepresented backgrounds on their way to qualification.
- CoSec Trainee: Our latest programme, opening up opportunities for the next generation of company secretaries through practical experience and structured training.
Together, these offerings give our clients the tools to deliver excellent legal work, while actively supporting the future of the profession.
