Head of Lawyer Acquisition

Hi, I’m Seema, and I joined Flex as Head of Lawyer Acquisition in January 2025. Prior to Flex, I was a partner at a law firm in the Home Counties. Now I spend my days talking to lawyers who are interested in using our dynamic platform to hear about exciting opportunities. Outside of work I'm part of a book club, practice pilates, and enjoy long walks with my cocker spaniel Kiki.
