Hi, I’m Aoife! I’m an Engagement Senior Manager in the Lawyers team at Flex Legal, where I help our in-house and private practice clients with their interim lawyer needs. Before joining Flex, I built a strong reputation in permanent legal recruitment at top agencies. Joining Flex feels like a full-circle moment: I was a paralegal through the platform myself years ago! I’m passionate about working for a purpose-driven ALSP committed to improving access to and diversity within the legal profession.
