Personalise your answers - ensure your explanations reflect your unique story, experiences, insights and motivations. Generic AI-sounding responses will not differentiate you.

The application process is about YOU. Using AI to answer questions or create scripted responses is considered inappropriate and can lead to your application being disqualified.

Honesty is paramount. Any information you provide in your application or CV must be true and accurate. Misrepresenting your skills or experience, whether intentionally or through an over-reliance on AI, goes against our value of trust.

Be ready to discuss everything you submit. If you've used AI to help you articulate something, ensure you fully understand and can elaborate on the content during an interview. Inconsistencies between your written application and your interview responses can be a red flag.
