Interim paralegal roles

Working through Flex Legal

Paralegals are the bedrock of any good legal team, and play an invaluable role in law firms and in-house teams alike. Whether it’s with contract drafting, bundling, or document review, paralegals keep the wheels in motion. They’re the underlying force that keeps the entire legal industry moving forwards – and Flex is here to support them.
Flex Legal was originally conceived as a platform for law graduates to find fixed-term paralegal work. Law firms and legal teams would come to us with their workload challenges, and we would find the perfect paralegal to help solve them. Our organisation has changed a lot since then (we now also place lawyers and trainees), but facilitating paralegal placements remains the heart of our business.
If you’re a seasoned paralegal looking to explore new legal practice areas, or a recent law graduate hoping to build that initial bit of legal work experience, Flex Legal is here to help you! This page is full of information to help your application.

  • List your work experience from most recent to least recent.
  • Do not include photos or headshots.
  • Use “professional” fonts such as Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman.
