At F-LEX we pride ourselves on providing opportunities for law students looking to break into the legal industry. As such, a lot of the praise we receive is reserved for those closest to our paralegals, the Bookings Team. However, there is so much that goes on behind the scenes that enables the Bookings Team to perform as they do. We have always been proactive in seeking out innovative ways of using technology to increase efficiency. So in this new series of updates, we wanted to give praise to our fantastic team of Tech Gods. In this series we will let you know all about one of the many developments that the tech team have made and how it can help you as a paralegal.
Recently, our tech team has been working hard to streamline our processes and make becoming a F-LEX paralegal quicker and easier than ever. As such, for our first update we wanted to tell you all about the new Document Upload tab on your profile.
Previously, when you onboarded as a F-LEX paralegal, you were required to send a member of our team a number of documents which verify your academic results and demonstrate your right to work in the UK. Now, our tech team has designed a nifty trick to make this important part of the process faster than ever.
When you set up your F-LEX profile, you are now able to upload your documents directly to your profile. This allows you to control exactly which documents you upload and review which documents we have on file. Additionally, this feature will make it much simpler for you to update your documents when you receive new academic results, passports or other documents, ensuring that your profile is always up to date and giving you the best chance possible of securing new roles through F-LEX.
Keep your eyes peeled in the next newsletter for more tech updates!
