Flex Legal’s Future Lawyers Report offers a unique insight into the thoughts, expectations, and concerns of the next generation of legal professionals. In collaboration with The Law Society, O Shaped, Wealthbrite, and Being Human, we surveyed aspiring and junior lawyers to understand their views on the legal profession - what excites them, what worries them, and what employers can do to better support them.

Now in its fourth year, the report reveals emerging trends, persistent challenges, and opportunities for positive change. From career development and workplace culture to diversity, inclusion, and well-being, it sheds light on what truly matters to the lawyers of tomorrow.

As a purpose-driven alternative legal services provider, Flex Legal is committed to championing the next generation of lawyers. By sharing these insights, we aim to spark conversations and drive meaningful change in the industry.
