Team News
We start this month with some sad news. Friend, colleague, mentor and all round top egg Hashim has left the building. We want to thank him for his incredible work over the past year and we wish him all the best as he starts the LPC this January!
In Manchester, Rebecca has left us to go travelling before starting her LPC in September. Rebecca has been incredible and a real asset to the Manchester team. We wish her all the best and safe travels, and hope to see her back in the future!
Whilst we say goodbye to one, we also say welcome to two new members.
In London, we have welcomed Jamie to the CDS! Jamie has settled in quickly and is well underway in helping you guys get those roles.
Harry joins Megan in the Manchester office. He has really hit the ground running and is already delivering presentations and speeches around the country.

The F-LEX Book Club
This month my recommendation is a little bit left field but one that hopefully you guys will enjoy. For the first recommendation of the year I have gone with ‘Shoe Dog” by Phil Knight.
For those of you who don’t know, Phil Knight is the founder of Nike. This book is a look back on his journey with Nike and is a charming, detailed and at times brutally honest account of both his journey and the incredible highs and lows that come with founding a multi-billion dollar corporation.
It’s a cracking read full of lessons to be learnt and I give it a 4/5.
