  • Sales and purchases of plots of land for development. Frequently land is agricultural and unregistered with lost deeds or incomplete titles.

  • Due to unforeseen events within the Commercial Property department I was given a great deal of responsibility very early in my training contract and that continued throughout. It was also necessary for me to adopt a large number of files from colleagues at very short notice. Often these files had clients who were initially quite difficult and needed to be handled carefully and with understanding.
