Black Lives Matter

We all have a responsibility to tackle racial inequality and to try to make a difference together. The recent shocking events have highlighted the critical need for diversity and inclusion in law to ensure a fair and equitable society. With only 3% of lawyers identifying as black in the UK, we have a long way to go. 

As an employer and platform for the next generation of lawyers, we pledge to promote, support and build our diversity of talent. We want to listen, learn and use our platform to share the challenges facing black people in the legal sector.

It’s a start but there is much, much more to do.
